Firefly Festival - May 10th 5pm-8pm

Join us for our annual Firefly Festival to celebrate another wonderful year at our school. We will have bounce houses, food trucks, games, the famous cake walk, and the “Under the Sea” Art Show put on by our Ballentine students led by Mrs. Rehl (open until 6:30pm)!

We are also bringing back our wildly popular “Teacher Experience Raffle” thanks to the generosity of our teachers and staff! Your student should have brought home a Firefly Festival packet with attached raffle tickets (Track 4 will go home this week). For the listing of offerings, check out our Teacher Experience Raffle link. Tickets and payment should be sent in by Friday, May 10th or can be purchased at the Festival. You do not need to be present to win. Good luck!

Fireflies at the Salamanders - June Community Outing (6/16)

Join us for our 3rd annual Firefly Outing to see the Salamanders Baseball Team! With such a short drive to Holly Springs, easy parking, and a playground for the littles, this is a fun family event that we are excited to bring back. As an added bonus, our very own 4th Grader, Lilah, will be singing the national anthem at the game! Come cheer on Lilah and the Salamanders as we support our community AND raise money for our school! Yearbook Reminder

Yearbooks have arrived! Tracks 1, 2, and 3 should have their yearbooks in backpacks last Friday. Track 4 should receive theirs on Monday. Please give books a once over and report any damaged books to bes.ybook@gmail.com by May 1st.

If you did not receive a book, but think you should have, please search your email for a receipt from noreplycustomercare@lifetouch.com, subject line “YB Pay - Order Confirmation”. If you do indeed have a receipt please report missing books to bes.ybook@gmail.com by May 1st.

We have a limited number of extra books. We must first make sure that everyone who preordered a book receives one. Once we determine how many extras we have, we will post our distribution plan on the PTA social media pages and in the PTA newsletter. Books will be offered for sale to PTA members first and then open to everyone if there are books remaining. We are not taking a waitlist at this time.
